Return Policy

1. General Returns: Most new, unopened items can be returned within 15 days of delivery for a full refund.


2. Return Shipping Costs: The company will cover return shipping if the return is due to their error (e.g., incorrect or defective item).


3. Final Sale Items:
   • Seasonal Items: Cannot be returned unless damaged, and in that case, the company must be contacted within 7 days of receipt.
   • Custom or Embossed Items: Cannot be returned, exchanged,
or refunded.


4.  Cancellation Fee
A cancellation fee will only be applied if required by the business owner\manager or any employee representing the company  . In such cases, a fee of 5% of the total order amount or $40 (whichever is lower) may be deducted from the refund       

 

5. Refund Timeline: Refunds are typically processed within four weeks, accounting for:
   • Shipping time (5–10 business days)
   • Processing time (3–5 business days)
   • Bank processing (5–10 business days)
6. Return Process: Customers must contact the company with their order number and return details. The company will then provide return instructions.
