Shipping Policy

Domestic Shipping (U.S.)
• Orders can be shipped anywhere within the U.S. using third-party delivery services.
• Shipping cost is $1.00 per pound, with a minimum charge of $6.
• For large orders, shipping costs may vary and could be lower. Please contact us for a custom shipping quote.
• Free shipping is available for orders over $200 (U.S. only).
• Customers may also pick up orders from our collection point, Pickup orders require prior coordination.

Processing & Shipping Times
• Regular orders: Processed within 2-5 business days.
• Personalized orders: May take up to 7 business days.
• Shipping within the U.S. may take up to 5 business days, depending on your location.
• Once your order is shipped, you will receive a tracking number.

International Shipping
• We ship to most international destinations; however, some products may not be eligible for international shipping.
• For all international orders, customers must contact us before placing an order.
• Once shipped, we provide a tracking number, but we do not take responsibility for product condition upon arrival, delays, or lost shipments, as international delivery is handled by third-party carriers beyond our control.
• Shipping costs for international orders will be determined separately based on destination and package weight.

Weight-Based Shipping
• Shipping rates are calculated based on weight. The weight of each item is listed on its product detail page.
• To align with our shipping carriers’ policies, all item weights are rounded up to the nearest full pound.
